Woman suffers from fractured spine and sternum after ‘serious’ assault in Snodland car park

A 31-year-old man and 31-year-old woman have been arrested in connection with the attack
A woman remains in hospital after she was ‘seriously assaulted’ in a Snodland car park on Sunday.
The victim suffered multiple injuries, including a fractured sternum as well as fractures to her spine.
Kent Police was called at 11.40pm on Sunday, February 19 to a disturbance in Holborough Road. It was reported that a woman had been repeatedly beaten following a dispute involving a group of people.
A second woman was also reported to have been assaulted during the incident and suffered minor injuries.
A 31-year-old man and a 31-year-old woman, both from the Snodland area, were later arrested on suspicion of assault.
They have both been bailed to return to a police station, pending further enquiries, on April 21.
