Animal Rescue Unit called to the scene

Emergency teams including the Animal Rescue Unit in Faversham were called out on Tuesday afternoon after three sheep fell into the River Beult.

Crews received a call at around 1.15pm after three animals fell into the water near Chart Hill Road in Chart Sutton.

The expert animal rescue team were able to save all three animals without any harm coming to the sheep.

They were then reunited with their owner.
