Ferry firm faces day of disruption

Cross-Channel travellers are being warned to expect major disruptions to SeaFrance services today as a result of industrial action in France.

The ferry operator says it expects its regular services to be disruption throughout the day, Tuesday, after a trade union called workers out on strike.

The company says it apologises for any inconvenience.

Other cross-Channel operators continue to run an unaffected service.
