A group linked to the Occupy movement, which has held high profile protests in New York and at St Paul’s Cathedral in London say they are going to target the Turner Contemporary Gallery in Margate tomorrow.

Occupy Thanet say the ‘event’ as it has been described will happen at 12.30pm tomorrow.

The Occupy movement campaigns against economic and social inequality.

The first protest began in New York last September when campaigners occupied Wall Street. Around 250 campaigners have camped outside St Paul’s Cathedral since October.
