A 15-year-old boy and 18-year-old man remain in custody following the murder
A 17-year-old boy who was stabbed to death in Gillingham on Friday was “as loved as one could be”, his mother has said.
Kyle Yule sustained a number of injuries having been attacked in East Street after a number of people were reported to be causing criminal damage to a silver Renault Clio.
The teenager later died in hospital at around 8.10pm.
In a tribute, his mother said: “My beautiful son Kyle much loved, as loved as one could be, for you were everything in life you meant the world to me.
“Sometimes life can be unkind when hearts are torn in two but nothing ever could compare to the pain of losing you.
“But all the love you left behind forever will live on, so until we meet again rest peacefully my precious son.”
Detectives from the Kent and Essex Serious Crime Directorate launched a murder enquiry and two people, a 15-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, were arrested on suspicion of Kyle’s murder, and remain in custody at this time.
