Hunt for man who asked teenage girl to help remove something from van in Dover

Police in Dover are hunting a man who asked a teenage girl to help remove something from his van.

The girl was walking along Old Park Hill with at about 3.10pm on Wednesday, October 4, when she was approached by a man who asked her to help.

She declined and left the area and the man drove away.

No criminal offences were reported but officers would like to trace the man to discuss what happened.

He is described as being in his 40s, white, with sandy-coloured hair. He was wearing jeans and a jumper.
