Four arrests after man attacked in Folkestone car park suffers ‘facial injuries’

The victim of an attack in a Folkestone car park suffered injuries to his face over the weekend.

Detectives are appealing for witnesses after making four arrests, following the assault in the Three Hills car park on Saturday evening.

It is reported the victim was in the car park near Cheriton Road, when he was approached by people in a car at around 6.30pm.

He was assaulted, as the car was seen leaving the scene around two hours later.

Police believe the victim knew his attackers.

Three men, aged 42, 43 and 44 were arrested along with a 43-year-old woman and were in police custody as of Sunday.

A Kent Police spokesperson said: “Detectives would like to speak to anyone with information who have not yet contacted police and was in the area of the Three Hills car park at the time.

“Witnesses can call Kent Police on 01843 222289 quoting ZY/45365/17.
