Will appear before magistrates next month

A 50-year-old man from Canterbury has been charged with fraud and perverting the course of justice.

Scott Baker, of Downs Road, faces two offences of fraud by abuse of position of trust, two offences of perverting the course of justice, one offence of fraud by false representation and one of possessing articles for use in fraud.

He is due to appear before Canterbury Magistrates Court on December 19.
