Take to the skies tomorrow (Saturday) when the Centre for Kentish Studies at Sessions House, Maidstone, holds an open day.
The theme is 'Take Flight' and as well as the opportunity to see the collection of maps, records and photographs there will be joined bat specialists and bee keepers on hand.
William Spencer, a military specialist from the National Archives who helps people trace relatives who served in the Air Force, will also be attending.
There'll even be 'flight' themed merchandise available in the Centre for Kentish Studies shop. The event runs from 10am-4pm and is open to all.
