The plot examines racial injustice.

The stage adaptation of Harper Lee’s Pulitzer prize-winning novel, To Kill a Mockingbird, will be performed at The Orchard Theatre, Dartford.

The enthralling production captures the poignancy of the novel, and the plot sees racial injustices envelop a small-town community in the deep south.

Through courage and compassion lawyer Atticus Finch seeks the truth, and his daughter helps bring new hope to a neighbourhood in turmoil.

Daniel Betts will take on the role of Atticus Finch, Zackary Momoh will play Tom Robinson and Christopher Akrill will play Boo Radley.

Original cast member and composer Phil King will also be reprising his role.
