He will perform at the Bromley venue on Friday.

BBC Radio 2 folk award winner Ray Cooper will be performing in Bromley this week.

The former Oysterband member will be taking to the stage at the Ripley Arts Centre on Friday (February 12).

He will be performing songs from his recent album Palace of Tears.

Mr Cooper said: “I’m actually really looking forward to playing in Bromley this week.

“Not only is it great to be at one of Bowie’s early venues, but the Ripley Arts Centre has a wonderful music room and a grand piano, which I look forward to using as part of the show.

“Many of my songs are written at the piano and this will really add something.”

The show will be starting at 8pm and tickets are £10.
