The show will be performed in Dartford next month.

Andrew Llyod Webber and Don Black’s musical Tell Me On A Sunday will be performed in Dartford.

The show charts the romantic misadventures of an English girl in 1980s New York.

Full of optimisim, she is seeking love and success.

However, as she weaves her way through the city and experiences anxiety and heartache, she starts to wonder if she has been looking for love in the wrong places.

The musical has an original score and features songs such as Take That Look Off Your Face and the title track Tell Me On A Sunday.

Jodie Prenger will be playing the role of Emma in the production.

Ms Prenger is well-known for playing the role of Nancy in Cameron Mackintosh’s West End production of Oliver! - a role she gained after taking part in BBC series I’d Do Anything.

She has since played the title role in musical Calamity Jane and starred in One Man, Two Guvnors and Spamalot.

Andrew Lloyd Webber is the composer of some of the world’s best-known musicals including Cats, Evita, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Jesus Christ Superstar, The Phantom of the Opera and Sunset Boulevard.

Tell Me On A Sunday will be performed at the Orchard Theatre on March 14.

It is directed by Paul Foster with musical supervision by Catherine Jayes.
